MEET OUR FOUNDER

Emi is the founder and creative director of Encore.

A classically trained ballet dancer turned luxury brand strategist, her world moves between movement and meaning. She has spent the majority of her career shaping narratives for fashion houses, wellness brands, and cultural institutions across Europe and the Middle East, always with the belief that the way we live should feel as good as it looks.

After years of chasing performance in the boardroom and perfection in the gym, Emi returned to the mat; not for intensity, but for intention. Pilates offered rhythm. Ritual. And was the most sculpted she had ever felt. But the industry around it felt off. Performative. Unoriginal. Lacking soul.

So she created her own lens on wellness, one where science and sensuality coexist. Where strength is styled. Where movement becomes part of your identity, not a disruption to it.

At the core of Emi’s approach is a philosophy she calls conscious hedonism, a way of living that celebrates the duality of worlds. Pilates at sunrise, a spicy margarita at sunset. A cold plunge followed by candlelight dinner. Discipline and desire, structure and softness, all in quiet harmony.

With certifications in Mat and Reformer Pilates (Body Athletica) and a creative portfolio spanning luxury, hospitality, and editorial, Emi approaches Encore as both method and muse. A platform for real bodies in motion, and the moments between. Rooted in movement, expressed through style, and lived with intention.

  • Encore is an online sculpting studio and curated lifestyle platform. We offer progressive mat pilates classes, designed to define, with a focus on consistency, longevity, and movement that actually feels good. It’s science-backed, results-driven, and rooted in real life.

  • Encore classes will be available for free on YouTube. Our full digital platform is in development and launching soon.

  • At the core of the Encore method are three distinct class types: Sculpt, Strength, and Stretch. Each is designed to meet a different need, so you can tune into what your body calls for that day, without compromising on progress.

    • Sculpt: A class designed to awaken deep stabilising muscles through intelligent repetition and refined control. Improves posture, balance, and connection.

    • Strength: Built around progressive overload, this class targets both fast and slow-twitch muscle fibres using classical Pilates and functional strength training.

    • Stretch: A restorative, breath-led class to support mobility and nervous system regulation. Perfect for a return to centre or as an active recovery day.

  • Anywhere from 10 to 45 minutes. Fit it into your schedule, your way.

  • Encore is designed to challenge you. Our classes lean advanced in their intention, focused on deep core activation, refined control, and lasting strength. But every class includes modifications and guidance for all levels, so you can build up intelligently. Whether you’re a seasoned mover or starting fresh, Encore offers a pathway to progress, with options to meet you where you are, and take you further.

  • Just a mat. Some classes offer optional props like Pilates balls, light weights, or bands, but none are required. The most important thing is showing up, consistently.
